Meeting called to order at 12:00 p.m. by President, Janet Paulsen.

Treasurer’s Report:

- 2015 Summary, 2014 $19,000 revenue

- USTA Profit $11,000

- USTA JTT ($6613) negative

- In 2014, over $17,500 given back to community

President’s Report:

- GSTEF added another adaptive tennis program which will serve up to 30 kids with disabilities at a time

- Alliance with Autism Society continuing. Will offer three clinics on Sundays at 10, 11 and 12.

- GSTEF was invited to attend the Kennedy Krieger Fair on June 4th

- GSTEF will continue to work with Camp Honey Bee this summer

- GSTEF will continue to work with Special Olympics

- Green Spring Racquet Club (Janet Paulsen was given rights to name by Foxleigh) is working with ACAC to see if they can keep GSRC alive

- The President of Hopkins is helping to keep GSRC alive

- GSRC will now be a non-profit 501-3C

- GSRC trying to find appropriate location for racket club

- Moving forward, Janet told board members about upcoming foundation fundraiser, a USTA tennis tournament to be held the weekend of September 9th with Pro-Am kickoff on September 9th.

- The rest of the tournament will be in a team tennis format.

- Janet asked members of committee to reach out to area pros to participate in the tournament Meeting was adjourned by Janet Paulsen at 1:00 p.m.
